Staff support from the Pastoral and Spiritual Care Service
Pastoral and spiritual staff support is a distinctive service to all members of staff from any discipline. Please contact us when you need us:
- This could be through an informal/ impromptu conversation at your place of work or through a self-refer appointment.
- We are committed to providing confidential, independent support and information to all staff.
- You may request for pastoral counselling
- We offer confidential support for staff going through particularly difficult processes. The Pastoral and Spiritual Care service and Spirituality and Faith Staff network will provide a listening ear and a pastoral view and can refer you to other sources of support.
- We will not have any agenda other than to support you or not impose Christian or other religious beliefs on you and we will not be concerned whether you are religious or not.
Staff Support Group
Sometimes teams find it difficult working together as a result of the mix of different personalities, viewpoints, expectations and communication issues can create conflicts. Pastoral care service would work and engage staff teams in conversations to improving working relationships between colleagues.
