  • ADHD foundation - a guide for successful living with ADHD - A booklet designed to provide essential knowledge and practical strategies to support someone in living successfully with ADHD.  
  • Open University - free course on understanding ADHD - This free course, Understanding Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), explores the experience of ADHD from the perspective of those who are diagnosed with the condition, and those who care for them. 
  • Flynn Pharma - Information for parents of children who may have characteristics or symptoms suggestive of ADHD and/or Autism.  Includes information on choosing the right secondary school for children with ADHD.

Support groups and wider information

  • ADHD foundation - The ADHD Foundation is a neurodiversity charity providing information and support for the 1 in 5 who live with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Developmental co-ordination disorder (DCD) also known as Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Tourette’s Syndrome and more.
  • AADD-UK - A website for adults with ADHD produced by adults with ADHD.
  • ADDISS - support group - An information and resources website providing parents, sufferers, teachers, health professionals and anyone interested in knowing more about ADHD.  Also has an extensive bookstore with a wide range of resources about all aspects of ADHD and associated conditions with sections for parents, children, teenagers and professionals.
  • AADD-UK support forum - An Adult ADHD support forum
  • ADHD Aware - online support group meetings - ADHD Aware is a charity founded by a local ADHD peer support group and run predominantly by neurodiverse volunteers.  
  • European ADHD network - Founded by a Dutch psychiatrist specialising in Adult ADHD, a European network group who aim to establish cooperation between professionals involved in child and adult ADHD.
  • Medicines information - The Surrey and Borders NHS Partnership Trust’s Pharmacy Service website which serves to ensure people who use our services get the best outcome from their medicines.
  • Access to work - Access to Work can provide grants to help pay for adaptations, specialist equipment, travel costs, support workers or physical changes to your workplace.
