• Assessment and Management of Eating, Drinking and Swallowing Disorders Policy

  The eating, drinking and swallowing policy adopts the principles outlined in the Surrey Safeguarding Adults choking policy. It includes strategies to minimise / reduce the risk of choking. Eating, drinking and swallowing assessments will be carried out by speech and language therapists (SALT)
