This policy describes Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) statutory duties and requirements and how they are met by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The policy is underpinned by the Trust's Major Incident Plan and BCM arrangements. These plans and related activity are reviewed in an annual assurance process led by NHS England.
