Our Recovery College offers a wide range of free courses to help people better understand and manage their mental health needs, recover and stay well.
Our courses are delivered by specially trained Recovery Coaches, who have lived experience of mental or physical ill health, alongside mental health professionals. They provide information, strategies and skills that help people to become experts in their own self-care.
People who would like support with managing their wellbeing, family and friends who would like to learn how to support loved ones, and healthcare professionals can all benefit from these courses.
Our courses cover mental and physical health and are held either virtually or in safe and supportive learning spaces.
Recovery College is open to anyone aged 18+ living in Surrey and Northeast Hampshire. Enrolling in our courses is easy and entirely self-referral. You can explore and sign up for all our courses here.
