If you used our community mental health services during April and May 2025, you will be contacted in August and invited to take part in this year’s Community Mental Health Survey, run by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
This survey gathers feedback from people aged 16 and over who received care from NHS community mental health services across the country. It asks people about their experiences of services, including accessing care, support during a crisis, information about treatment and medication, and how well services met their needs.
People who are eligible will be contacted directly through SMS and the post with details on how to complete the survey.
The survey is a vital opportunity for people to share honest feedback about the care they received, including what worked well, what could have been better, and how supported they felt throughout their journey. Every plays a key role in shaping how care is delivered in the future.
The results are used nationally and locally to understand where improvements are needed and to make positive changes based on real experiences.
