Our Staff Awards celebrate the exceptional contributions of individual members of staff, teams, governors, volunteers, those who work in partnership with our trust, carers and people with lived experience.
Anyone who has used our mental health, learning disability, neurodevelopmental or drug and alcohol services and their carers can nominate an individual or team. Voting is also open to Surrey and Borders Partnership staff, governors, volunteers and people in partner organisations. Surrey and Borders Partnership serves a population of more than 1.4 million people across Surrey and north east Hampshire.
This year, there are 12 award categories:
- Employee of the Year – People with Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity
- Employee of the Year – Community Mental Health
- Employee of the Year – Hospitals and Specialist Services
- Employee of the Year – Children and Young People’s Services
- Employee of the Year – Corporate
- Clinician of the Year
- Healthcare Support Worker of the Year
- Administrative Employee of the Year in a Clinical Setting
- Involvement and Contribution Award (this is an award for partners who work with Surrey and Borders Partnership)
- Inspirational Leader of the Year
- Team of the Year
- Special award for a carer or person with lived experience
