Service Description
Rosewood is a Registered Care Home with Nursing for up to eight people who have a learning disability and associated profound physical and health needs. The home carries out two regulated activities:
- Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care
- Treatment of disease, disorder or injury.
Rosewood is a large purpose-built bungalow which comprises 8 large single room accommodation which currently support both male and female adults. Each room has overhead tracking and some rooms have epilepsy monitoring system in place which enables the service to meet the complex needs of each individual.
The staff team is made up of both nursing care staff and support workers who support people living at the home to engage in an active lifestyle that support their ambitions and life goals.
