Referral Process
We accept referrals from Surrey and North East Hampshire.
We accept referrals from consultant psychiatrists and GPs by email, you can find our referral form towards the bottom of the page:
Referrals for advice, guidance and second opinion will need to be funded by delegated commissioning so a referral will need to be made for consideration at panel prior to referral. We accept referrals for rTMS directly from referrers.
Once a referral has been received it will be discussed in our multidisciplinary team meeting which occurs on a monthly basis. The referrer will be informed of the decision and plan following this meeting.
Clinical responsibility for the person who is using our service will remain with the referring team whilst they receive care and treatment with us. We also ask that the referring team follow up as appropriate following their assessment or treatment
We also accept referrals from other trusts across the UK. For referrals outside of SABP please enquire using the contact details above. Funding would need to be obtained from local commissioning group prior to a referral being accepted.
