Our Recovery Colleges in Surrey and north east Hampshire are designed to support people in their recovery using the approach of lived experience peers, alongside professionals, to help people improve their health and well-being by expanding their knowledge and skills in a recovery-focused way.

The College uses a psychoeducational approach with courses being run by specially trained Recovery Coaches, who have lived experience of mental health problems, Clinicians and Professionals who all co-deliver and co-produce the courses.

The range of courses include:

  • Skills and Wellbeing
  • Understanding Conditions
  • Creative Recovery
  • Employment

Many of our courses are run in conjunction with other services and outside partnerships whilst still maintaining the co-produced and co-delivered concept of the college.

Our courses are open to anyone aged 18+ living in Surrey and north east Hampshire. They are aimed at everyone – those who are struggling with their mental health, people who care for someone who does, professionals – the list is endless.

The service is completely self -referral and you can enrol and see all of our courses directly here -  Recovery College Information and enrolment
