Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Policy and Procedure

It describes the actions to be taken by all members of staff at registered homes and hospitals within the Trust who are, or intend, to be accommodating a person who they believe may come within the scope of the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS).
