We are making our current system quicker and easier for colleagues to use. At the same time, we are making changes so that we can securely share information with other health and care partners.

These changes will benefit colleagues and people who use our services:

  • Freeing up more time for colleagues to spend with people who use our services
  • Securely sharing information across services to offer better, more joined up care
  • Enabling people who use our services, their families and carers to experience greater ownership and more personalised care.

Over the coming months we will be involving people who use our services, their families and carers, to help us create a system designed around their needs.
