On 1 April 2019, CAMHS One Stop (now CAMHS Single Point of Access) transferred from Simplify Health to Surrey and Borders Partnership. Children and Family Health Surrey One Stop will transfer on 1 July 2019. Together with the parent company, Centene, we are working collaboratively to transfer the service following the decision that this will be more suitable for the future.

As part of this service transfer, from 1 April 2019, there is a new web address to access the online children’s referrals portal for both CAMHS and Children and Family Health Surrey – https://childrensreferrals.sabp.nhs.uk. The old portal web address will be switched off at the end of June therefore any bookmarks or shortcuts will need to be updated. Referrers will still be able to access the online referral portal via the Mindsight Surrey CAMHS or the Children and Family Health Surrey websites. The telephone number and postal address for referrals remains the same.

We are committed to continuing to develop our children’s referrals service in response to the growing demand and system-wide changes across children and young people's services. We’re really excited that CAMHS and Children and Family Health Surrey clinicians will be working together with the staff that receive referrals at the ’front door.’ This will ensure that we are making the best decisions for a child or young person at the earliest possible opportunity in the care pathway. Referrers should have an improved experience of the decisions that are made about the child or young person and the advice and support that is offered. We are confident that children who are in need of crisis support or require access to one of our specialist services will continue to be responded to in a timely manner.
