  The i-access drug and alcohol substance misuse and addiction service accepts self referrals from people who want to reduce or stop their problematic drinking or drug use. Referrals are also accepted from GPs and other professionals.

Topics covered include types of mental health condition, mental health services, the professionals that are involved in mental health care, young carers rights, the support that is available to young carers and how to get help in a crisis.
