The policy describes the preceptorship of non-medical professionally registered staff, including Allied Health Professionals (AHP’s) and Psychologists registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or similar and new or returning Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registrants.
