Transition Policy: Working Age Adults to Older Adult Services
This policy sets out clear guidelines to ensure that there is appropriate, non-discriminatory care for older adults with mental health problems. This provides guidance for making a referral or referring someone from general working age adult psychiatry to older people's psychiatry. All in accordance with the National Service Framework (NSF).
