How we support Carers
The support for carers that is available includes Carers lead, need assessments, carers prescription, we have our Carers' Charter which sets out our promise to be carer friendly and a memorandum of understanding that encourages joint working

Improving access to health services
Our liaison nurses have produced several videos to guide GP and hospital based colleagues on how to improve the experiences of people with a learning disability who need to access mainstream health services. Topics include communication, behaviours that challenge, reasonable adjustments, best interest decisions and the Mantal Capacity Act
