Winter can be a difficult time for many of us. Shorter days, colder weather and extra pressures can all take a toll on our mental health. If you are finding things hard, you are not alone and help is always available.

Mental health crisis support services in Surrey and NE Hants are here to offer compassionate, expert support when you need it most. Friendly, experienced mental health teams are available day and night to help you through difficult moments and guide you to the right support.

Reach out for support as soon as possible.

If you are feeling overwhelmed or things are getting on top of you, please reach out early. Talking to someone now can make a real difference and help prevent things from becoming more serious later.

Trained mental health professionals are here to listen, understand and help you find the support that is right for you.
