Aldershot Safe Haven moving to new premises in 2022
The Safe Haven in Aldershot will be moving to new premises in the same town in the early part of 2022. This follows a decision by the landlord to sell the existing Safe Haven building.

HOMEFirst
HOMEFirst is an approach to supporting people who are at risk of repeat admission to hospital due to mental health relapse. Developed with community partners, HOMEFirst support is available to adults 18 years and over on referral from SABP teams and partners organisations. The approach brings together multi-agency working and good quality care planning to provide enhanced community support. HOMEFirst can draw upon additional support from Recovery and Connect workers, a Lead Occupational Therapist and Carer, and Lived Experience workers, to help people manage their mental health and wellbeing at home.
