Getting help early
Get help for early signs of psychosis. Our Early Intervention in Psychosis team supports people aged 14–65, including those at risk. No diagnosis needed. Fast access, youth-friendly, and trauma-informed care.

SUN (Service User Network) is a new community-based support service to help people better manage long term emotional and behavioural difficulties that can often be associated with personality disorder.

Knowledge and Understanding Framework (KUF)
The national Knowledge and Understanding Framework (KUF) includes a number of innovative education programmes for people working in health, social care, criminal justice and other agencies supporting people with complex mental health difficulties associated with a diagnosis of personality disorder. The key goal of the Framework is to improve service user experience through developing the capabilities, skills and knowledge of the multi-agency and multi-disciplinary workforce.

We are offering a short, easy to access courses for carers who are supporting someone who is experiencing difficulties in managing and controlling complex emotions.

Maternity related fear, loss and trauma (AFLoaT)
Support for women and birthing people who are experiencing mental health difficulties as a result of fear trauma or loss related to the maternity experience
